  • Commercial licensing for premium subscribers

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Image Licensing and Usage Rights

Free Plan Users

  • May browse and download watermarked images
  • Images can only be used for personal, non-commercial projects
  • Attribution is not required but appreciated

Premium Subscribers

  • Full commercial usage rights for downloaded images
  • High-resolution downloads (up to 4096x4096 pixels)
  • No watermarks on downloaded images
  • Use images in client projects, marketing campaigns, products, websites, and presentations

Prohibited Uses (All Plans)

  • Reselling or redistributing images as standalone digital products
  • Using images in ways that depict illegal activities or violate third-party rights
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract training data from our AI models
  • Creating derivative works that compete directly with our Service

User-Generated Content

When you generate images using our AI tools:

  • You retain ownership of your generated images
  • Generated images may be displayed publicly in galleries and search results
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your generated images
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate these Terms
  • We reserve the right to remove any generated content that violates our policies

6. Content Restrictions and Prohibited Content

You may not use our Service to create, upload, or generate content that:

  • Depicts or promotes illegal activities, violence, or harm to individuals or groups
  • Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
  • Infringes upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties
  • Contains hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Violates the privacy rights of others or discloses personal information without consent
  • Promotes fraudulent schemes, scams, or deceptive practices

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • Credits purchased do not expire unless specified otherwise
  • Refunds will only be provided in cases of technical errors or service unavailability as determined by us

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code or harmful content
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Visualize.top or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Visualize.top.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISUALIZE.TOP, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
